Munich, the Bavarian capital and cosmopolitan city with a heart, is always worth a visit. Germering, located between Munich and the Five Lakes Region, is an ideal starting point both for sightseeing and for trips to Lake Starnberg or Lake Ammer and the Bavarian foothills of the Alps. The large district town of F\u00fcrstenfeldbruck with its cultural offerings and romantic places on the Amper River is only a few kilometers away.
